ESCP Europe, the World’s First Business School (est. 1819), with campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin and Warsaw, invites applications for one open rank position in Finance and one open rank position in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Assistant/ Associate level. The positions are based at the ESCP Europe Turin Campus with a starting date of September 2019 or earlier.

Requirements

We are looking for motivated, high-potential and dynamic candidates with a strong research track record. The candidate’s research has the potential to be published in international top-tier peer-reviewed research journals. The candidate shows a proven ability to deliver quality teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, with a strong interest in developing his/her executive education skills. The position requires a balance among research, teaching, curriculum development, and community development.

A willingness to work with colleagues from our network of ESCP Europe campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, and Warsaw is highly appreciated. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate skills in developing and expanding relationships with companies and professional organisations and extend the reputation of ESCP Europe Business School Turin and its programmes.

Candidates should have the following characteristics:

  • A Ph.D. in a related field, and preferably some post-doc experience. Even if an outstanding doctoral dissertation is required for the application, we will also consider candidates who are in the final stage of their doctoral thesis;
  • Evidence of (or clear potential to achieve) excellence in research (publications in leading journals, and/or highly innovative research);
  • A passion for research and a genuine interest in working with diverse stakeholders;
  • Experience and interest in teaching diverse student cohorts, mainly in English, applying new teaching methods and formats.
