THE POSITIONS

emlyon business school Africa invites applications for 4 positions at Associate / Full Professors levels, in:

• Strategy
• Human Resources Management
• Information Systems
• Accounting & Control Management
• Finance

Applicants are mid-careers with a research interest in African markets and companies. The teaching ranges from core courses to undergraduate audiences, to more advanced courses to master's and executive participants.

Appointments are made at full Professor or Associate ranks depending on research, teaching record and business experience.

These positions will be appointed in September 2019. They are open for the Moroccan campus based in Casablanca.

Salary and conditions are competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must hold a PhD or doctorate and have a research orientation. This orientation should be demonstrated by a publication track record in highly regarded management journals such as those in the FT list.
• Successful candidates will have to publish either academic articles or books and case study
• Successful candidates should demonstrate an excellent teaching ability at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Successful candidates should be able to teach either in English or French. A good level of French is required
• Applicants must have a strong knowledge of the African context demonstrated in their previous experience.

• A research and teaching statement (with teaching evaluations)

• The paper to be presented if invited for a job interview (preferably unpublished)
• A list of papers under review or in progress
• A copy of three significant publications or working papers
