The Tsukuba MBA-IB Program was launched in 2005 with an educational philosophy of developing international business management professionals who can act autonomously in the new global business environment. All courses are given in English. All classes meet on weekday evenings from 6:20pm to 9:00pm and Saturdays from 8:55am to 9:00pm and are aimed for working business professionals.

Job details (duties, subject responsible for, etc.)

1. Two or more courses related with Information Systems for Management, such as Enterprise Transformation in the Digital Economy etc. in addition to Business Project Writing (lecture on research methodology). Each course is composed of 2.5hrs x 5 sessions.
2. Supervise student's business projects (equivalent to that of master thesis in academic program) and support doctoral student's research.
3. Undertake administrative work regarding program management and education issues.

Qualifications

1. Ph.D.
2. Native or near-native English proficiency (approximately TOEFLiBT100), Japanese speaking capability is
   advantage.
3. Able to conduct research in Information Systems or Management.
4. More than five (four for Associate Professor) referred academic papers published or equivalent within the
   last five years (one of them can be before the last five years).
5. Able to actively participate in administrative services.

Commensurate with experience and in accordance with university regulations and standards.
Working hours:Tue-Fri 12:45-21:15, Sat 11:00-19:45, however discretion working hour system
Holidays: Sunday, Monday, national holidays and12/29-1/3, Vacation: 20 days per year
Others: Health insurance and unemployment insurance covered.

Selection process (selection method and hiring decision), notification of result

After careful evaluation of application materials, selected candidate(s) will be invited for an interview and a final candidate will be requested to give a mock lecture in May.2019
Travel expenses for interview and mock lecture has to be covered by the candidate (including international trip.) Skype interview can be arranged for the candidate living in abroad.
