HEC Lausanne (the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne) invites applications for a position full time as

Associate Professor or Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) in Strategy

Starting on August 1st, 2020 or on a mutually agreed date.

Candidates must hold a PhD in Management or a related discipline, have proven ability to publish in leading international journals of the field, and have some teaching experience at university level. Successful candidates will be expected to be able to teach in French after six years.

In line with the strategy of the faculty, preference will be given to candidates who do research and teach on topics connected to major current issues such as Globalization, Digitalization and Technology evolutions, or Sustainability. All research methods are welcome.

The new professor will be a member of the Department of Strategy, Globalization and Society of HEC Lausanne. Excellence in teaching and research is very important for us. Members of the department are publishing in top tier journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, and many others. We offer attractive teaching loads and an excellent research environment.
