The Accreditations & Quality Management Team at the Dean’s Office of WHU invites applications for the full-time position of

National Accreditation Manager (f/m/d)

located at the WHU Campus Vallendar, with a start date of October 1st, 2019 or later.

WHU is currently accredited by EQUIS, AACSB and FIBAA (German institutional accreditation). The Accreditations & Quality Management Team is responsible for the internal accreditation of the study programs and coordinates the external accreditations by the above institutions. In addition, the university-wide quality management system is constantly being further developed. Thus, an exciting and strategically important task awaits you.

Job Description

  • Internal accreditations: consultation, assessment, and documentation
  • Further development of quality management tools
  • Content-related and technical support for surveys (e.g. teaching evaluation, exit and alumni survey)
  • Support with external accreditations: e.g. report compilation, assistance with visits of expert reviewers
  • Assistance in the Assurance of Learning process
  • Possible support for further projects of the Dean's Office

Job Qualifications

  • At least well completed studies, preferably in social sciences or economics
  • Prior experience in quality management, especially at universities in the context of accreditations, preferred
  • High level of comprehension and analytical competence, including the analysis of quantitive data

  • Very independent, structured, and accurate working methods
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • High social and intercultural competence, customer orientation, and resilience
