We are currently recruiting:

A visiting lecturer in Organizational Behavior and Leadership (36%)
Starting date: February 1, 2020 until August 31, 2020


The successful candidate will have a Master degree/MBA or PhD in the fields of Organizational Behavior, Leadership, or a related field and at least 3 years of teaching experience. The candidate is expected to teach in English.
More specifically, the candidate will teach several times a course called "Organizational Capital and Leadership" (Bachelor-level course), which covers the following topics: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Change Management, Organizing for Innovation and Organizational Structures.

Candidates must also have evident potential in providing quality teaching at either undergraduate and / or graduate levels, and must be familiar with teaching with case studies.
