AACSB Accreditation Quality Project Coordinator

In order to continue its development, the International University of Monaco (IUM) is looking for an AACSB Accreditation Quality Project Coordinator.

Located in the Principality of Monaco, IUM (International University of Monaco) is a private institution offering diplomas and training at the undergraduate and graduate levels: BBA; six graduate degree programs, two of which are specialized in Luxury: Luxury Management and Luxury Hotels, a specialized event management, one in finance, an MBA accredited by AMBA, a training for professionals (Executive MBA); and the DBAs.

Under the responsibility of the Director General, you will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring the work related to the drafting and submission of AACSB Accreditation Reports. You will also ensure that the internal policy complies with the requirements of the AACSB standards.

You will assist the Director General, the Academic Dean, the Directors of Programs and Departments by performing the following missions, the list of which is not exhaustive:

  • Plan and manage the project
  • Write and edit documents
  • Analyze the difficulties and the gaps
  • Prepare the visits of the teams in charge of control
  • Organize and facilitate faculty briefings and audit preparation meetings
  • Elaborate data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Ensure the proper functioning and use of related databases
  • Write the reports
  • Ensure compliance with the rules defined in terms of quality


The candidate must have similar long-term experience in project management to improve the quality of AACSB processes and its compliance with requirements / criteria.

Significant experience required in strategic project management.

Knowledge of the university system and higher education is required, as well as prior experience in an international Business School.

The candidate must understand and be proficient in the quality processes, also the knowledge of AACSB accreditation will be appreciated.

The candidate must speak English fluently. Another language would be an asset. The editorial and presentation qualities are very important.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project and PGI is required, as well as mastery in complex data analysis and complex data transfer using Microsoft Office.

A sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy as well as a good relationship and the ability to work in a team are qualities required for this position.

Fixed-term full-time contract of 12 months to be opened in January 2020, possibility of a permanent contract at the end of the fixed-term contract.
