Position of Assistant or Associate Professor in Marketing / Digital Marketing

To develop its reputation for excellence in research and high-quality teaching, the Marketing Department at TBS invites applications for a permanent position, located in its Barcelona Campus, and in line with TBS's plans to develop its activities in this area. Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as soon as possible as review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position has been filled.


For this position, we are specifically looking for candidates whose research and teaching interests are related to Marketing, Digital Marketing.

The successful candidate will have a PhD, and the potential to publish in leading academic journals. Submissions to or publications in top tiered international refereed journals are required. The research pipeline will also be considered for both the junior and the senior candidates.

Our favorite candidate will have excellent teaching skills and the ability to teach in various programs (from Bachelor, Master in Management, MSc to MBA and Executive program). Candidates must be able to teach in English. Ability to speak in Spanish will also be appreciated, although not mandatory. It is expected that, if not immediate, speaking in Spanish will be possible within a two years term, to be able to develop contacts in the corporate world as well as relations with professional organizations locally.
