THE POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:

MISSIONS :


Within the framework of the School's values, mission and strategy, and in the field of organizational design:

  • Participate in the design, coordination and implementation of teaching in French and English, in initial and Executive education
  • Conducting and supervising research activities
  • Leading, promoting and contributing to the influence of research, expertise and valorization activities
  • Contributing to the School's notoriety
  • Contributing to the life of the School and the deployment of its strategy

ACTIVITIES :

1 - Teaching :

1.1. Educational activities

  • Provide courses and programs in the field of activity, in French and English, and to accompany students throughout their studies
  • Develop pedagogy towards any form of asynchronous or remote learning media in line with the school's strategy

1.2 Program coordination

  • Design and coordinate specialized programs in close collaboration with the Head of executive education and in liaison with the different internal and external stakeholders
  • Accompany the participants of this Executive program from their recruitment to their graduation

2 - Research :

In coherence with the missions of Institut Mines-Télécom Business School (digital, energy and ecological, economic, and industrial transition) and by being part of the laboratory, common with the University Evry Val-d'Essonne - UEVE, LITEM (EA 7363):

  • Lead and develop personal and collective research in organization design
  • Publish articles with IMT-BS references, including A and B international articles and intellectual contributions
  • Supervise doctoral students
  • Participate in the preparation of responses to calls for projects and R&D proposals
  • Follow the scientific policy of the Institut Mines-Telecom and the School in the field of its competence and participate in the definition of the School's scientific orientations

3 - Services :

  • Contribute to the life of the department: team meetings, internal working groups, etc
  • Contribute to the life of the School: representation at events - in France and abroad, participation in faculty recruitment, student entrance interviews...
  • Contribute to internal working groups and projects related to the deployment of the School's strategy
  • Participate in relationships with the School's stakeholders: companies, alumni, local authorities, IMT and its schools, partners of the Evryen site, etc
  • Contribute to the deployment of the international strategy, particularly when travelling abroad

TRAINING AND SKILLS:

Level of training and / or experience required:

  • Doctorate in management sciences or other related to the School's missions
  • Habilitation to Conduct Research (HDR) or international equivalent
  • Significant and recent publications in journals classified in management sciences at the national (lists of HCERES, CNRS and FNEGE) and international level (list of ABS - Chartered Association of Business Schools). Of which at least 2 in high level journals over the last 4 years.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Significant teaching and research experience in an academic or industrial laboratory
  • Thesis supervision experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Working knowledge of French. Willingness to teach in both English and French.
  • Expertise in Digital Transformation of companies
  • Good integration into the research community
  • Knowledge of the scientific issues and laboratories of the discipline at the national and international level
  • Ability and willingness to integrate sustainable development, CSR and ethical issues into teaching and research activities
  • An international teaching or research experience
  • Experience or an interest in conducting and/or participating in innovative educational projects (multimedia cases, serious games, MOOC, etc.).
