The KU Ingolstadt School of Management (WFI) invites applications for the position as

International Accreditation Manager

to be filled by the earliest possible starting date for a limited project period of five years. Provided that the requirements are met, remuneration will be according to the pay grade E 13 TV-L. The place of work shall be Ingolstadt.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for coordinating the AACSB accreditation process for the WFI – Ingolstadt School of Management internally and with the accreditation agency in close consultation with the Vice Dean for Internationalization. Specific tasks include:

  • Coordinating and executing the project plan for AACSB accreditation according to guidelines provided by the accreditation agency
  • Coordinating all internal and external communication on the project, including with various chairs and administrative departments at the WFI and the KU, with the accreditation agency, and with members of the assigned mentor and partner organizations
  • Coordination of the strategy planning process for international accreditation
  • Preparation of the eligibility application
  • Development of the internal self-evaluation report
  • Preparation of the on-site visit by the peer-review team
  • Follow-up tasks for accreditation and continuous improvement
  • Preparing and maintaining the documentation involved in all stages of the accreditation process
  • Attending AACSB accreditation seminars and conferences and networking with peers from other institutions

Your profile

  • A completed university degree in business, economics or similar disciplines
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German in written and oral communication
  • Patience and attention to detail in documentation and analysis
  • Diligence in follow through and timely communication (internal and external)
  • Organizational talent, communication skills, initiative and independent working style
  • Excellent competence in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel
  • Work experience in universities or scientific institutions is ideal
  • Knowledge or experience in the field of accreditation / international accreditation is an advantage for this position
  • International experience in your profession or studies is desirable
