The HTW Berlin Business School at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin is seeking to appoint a professor (salary grade W2) for the following position:

International Business – Finance and Accounting

We are looking for a personality that comprehensively represents finance and accounting in research and teaching.

The prerequisites are a doctoral degree in business, economics or a comparable field. Furthermore, we expect multiple years of relevant work experience as well as experience in research proven by publications. Didactic and pedagogical aptitude, including e-learning, are required as well as teaching experience. Practical or academic international experience are desirable.

The successful applicant is expected to teach classes in the Bachelor International Business and Master International Business at Faculty 3 in financial and management accounting as well as finance. The ability and willingness to teach in English and in German are required. This also applies to the readiness to engage in other teaching programs of the faculty and to contribute to our academic self-administration.
