Associate Professor or Assistant (tenure track) Professor in Cyber-Security, Risk and Governance

Starting on August, 1st 2021 or on a mutually agreed date.

The new professor will be part of the Information Systems Department of HEC Lausanne. Applicants must hold a PhD in Information Systems or Computer Science. We seek applicants with a proven ability to conduct top-research, to publish in leading international journals and conferences in the field and the capacity to attract research funds.
Preference will be given to candidates that enhance and complement the department’s existing research activities, for example in the area of Cybersecurity/privacy, Economic intelligence, IT risk and management, or/and IT Governance. The new professor is expected to play an active role in the development of our Master programs in Information Systems (MSc IS) and in Legal Issues, Crime and Security of Information Technologies (Master DCS, with the Faculty of Law, Criminal Justice and Public Administration).

Rank of appointment will depend on candidate experience and accomplishments. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to teach in French after six years.
