Full Time Faculty Opening – Digital innovation and transformation

The School of Management at Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) seeks applications to fill a full time position at the Assistant Professor level in Digital innovation and transformation, with experience or interest in the transformation of management functional areas, digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital innovation. Preference will be given to candidates with a clear commitment to research and to continuous improvement of teaching and course content at the undergraduate and graduate level. Candidates must have earned a PhD degree, and have a demonstrated potential to publish in high-quality peer reviewed journals.

We are interested in candidates with:

• PhD degree completed in Management Information Systems or in related fields.
• Experience or interest in the transformation of management functional areas, digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital innovation.
• Desire and aptitude to contribute to a leading and fast-growing educational institution that aspires to scale-up its impact at local, regional, and global levels.
• Potential for research and publications in high-quality international peer reviewed journals.
• Ability to contribute to a range of courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Interest and ability to engage in Executive Education programs.
