ESSCA is seeking to appoint an Assistant/Associate Professor in Management and/or Organisational Behaviour to a full-time position on our Lyon campus.

We are looking for an assistant/associate professor to join the Organisation, Management and Human Resources Teaching and Research Unit who can make a significant contribution to our research and teaching strategy.  The position is open to candidates with a high potential for, or a significant record of, academic publications in peer reviewed journals.  Candidates should have a proven record of teaching and an innovative, managerially-relevant research agenda in the areas of Management, People Management, Human Resources, or Organisational Behaviour.

The candidate should hold a PhD in the fields of Management, Human Resources, or Organisational Behaviour.  She/he should have an excellent teaching ability and be fluent in English.  Teaching requirements will primarily be in the areas of Introduction to Management, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Project Management at the undergraduate and Master levels.  Prior corporate experience will be highly appreciated.
