As Lecturer in the area of Human Resource Management/Employment Relations, you are expected to make a significant contribution to AMBS’s reputation for world-class research, and to lead and develop expertise in key areas through both research and engagement. You are expected to teach at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels in the area of Human Resource Management, Employment Relations and/or quantitative methods and to participate in the administrative activities of AMBS. Moreover, you are expected to network with policy and practitioner communities to improve the impact of your research. We particularly invite applications from candidates who would be interested in playing a critical role in the Work and Equalities Institute (WEI).

The post is based within the HRM, Employment Relations and Law group of the People, Management and Organisations division (PMO).  A reputation commensurate to career stage in research on topics and debates relevant to the subject area or themes of the Work and Equalities Institute and the teaching of HRM and/or Employment Relations or quantitative methods is essential.
