ESSCA is an internationally accredited business school (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) located on 8 campuses: Angers, Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Budapest, Lyon, Paris, Shanghai, and Strasbourg from 2022. The school offers a wide range of programs including undergraduate, integrated masters, MSc and executive programs.

ESSCA’s Organisation, Management and Human Resources (OMHR) department is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor in Human Resource Management for its Angers Campus.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the OMHR department who can make a significant contribution to our research and teaching strategy.  The department currently has 19 academic staff, present on all ESSCA's French campuses, and focuses its work on the fields of organisational and human resource management.

The position is open to candidates with a high potential for, or a significant record of, academic publications in peer reviewed journals.  Candidates should have a proven track record of teaching and an innovative, applied research agenda in the areas of Management and Human Resource Management.  Candidates must hold a PhD in Human Resources, Management or Organisational Management, have a proven experience in higher education, and be able to teach in French and English to a variety of audiences (undergraduates, graduates, and executives).  Prior corporate experience would be an advantage.
