About you

The Supply Chain, Purchasing & Project Management department is looking to recruit full-time Professors (Assistant/Associate/Full) in the fields of Purchasing, Project Management and/or Supply Chain Management, with a particular focus on Industrial Management (Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Lean Management) or Agile Management (Agile SCM, Demand Driven Management, Agile Project Management, etc.).

Successful applicants should be capable of

  • teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the relevant subjects
  • conducting and publishing quality research in peer-reviewed journals (CNRS, FNEGE), primarily in at least one of the three main research areas of the School
  • working effectively as part of a collaborative team

In addition, they must be able to teach in both English and French; ideal applicants should therefore be fluent in both languages.

Applicants must have proven research productivity and teaching experience. Being familiar with the use of Blended Learning or other pedagogical innovations for teaching will be considered an advantage.

Applicants should hold a PhD, ideally in Project Management, Industrial Management, Information Systems or Supply Chain Management (or other related fields). Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications, is in accordance with Excelia Business School’s salary structure and includes incentives for research publications.
