ESCA Ecole de Management is looking to recruit talented faculty with high research and teaching potentials for the position of Assistant/Associate faculty on a full-time basis in the disciplines below starting September 2022: Digital Marketing, Quantitative Methods, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, International Business, Project Management, Human Resources Management.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Your mission will be to participate in the deployment and improvement of programs through innovative teaching, scientific achievements, supervision, and contribution to the various academic activities of the school.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: we are on the lookout for rigorous, innovative, and motivated faculty members with a passion for teaching and a taste for scientific research:

• Ph.D. / Doctorate in the requested fields of education.
• Effective teaching and research experience.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Fluency in English is a distinctive asset.

Compensation will be based on the applicant's academic qualifications and experience.
