
Training Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities are:
- Conceiving, designing and implementing the Angelini Academy palimpsest addressed to the population of Angelini Industries, specifically coordinating the following activities: needs identification; scouting and analysis of educational and development trends; analysis of new types/training offers and potential incorporation in business practices
- Planning and organizing the Angelini Academy training paths, coordinating and supporting the related operational management
- Ensuring alignment with OpCos regarding the participants selection for each course
- Handling long-lasting relationships with training providers and international business schools
- Ensuring the constant monitoring of training quality, leveraging on relevant KPIs (e.g. “learning achievement” and “satisfaction”), as to highlight the efficacy of the learning paths.
- Ensuring consistent process analysis as to identify potential gaps, leading to the definition of relevant improvement actions
EDUCATION: bachelor degree or higher and PhD
LINGUISTIC SKILLS: fluent (at least B2 level) in English
