Academic Faculty (Applied Education) - On-Site, various locations across the UAE

We are seeking highly qualified, motivated and experienced Applied & Vocational educators from all over the world, who have a strong mix of #academic and industry expertise, complemented by exemplary service experience, to fill a number of faculty positions in Business, Computer Information Sciences, Health Sciences, Education, Applied Media & Engineering Technology, for 16 HCT campuses across the United Arab Emirates.

On the academic side, you should possess exceptional educational qualifications and pedagogical expertise, demonstrate teaching ability (preferably in learning by doing or work-integrated learning), and possess a blend of experience in applied research, curriculum, and program design.

From an industry perspective, you should possess decent experience in medium-to-large, preferably multinational, companies within a sector allied to your teaching. The added value to your application will be your demonstrated ability to facilitate training & development in your field, as well as a track record of obtaining project/research funding and grants.

For service, you should be accomplished in mentoring, coaching & supervision, while also having experience in collaborative roles & committee memberships.
