The Unisinos Graduate Program in Management – Master and Doctorate degree - invites applications for full-time assistant professor. The successful candidate will be able to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Organizational Strategies and Interorganizational Relations and Competitiveness areas, conduct and publish top-quality research in peer reviewed journals and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Candidates have to demonstrate research productivity, and have a proven track record of publications and teaching.
The position requires a doctoral degree in Management (or other related field) and fluency in Portuguese (candidate will have to teach in Portuguese). The salary is commensurate with candidate´s experience and qualifications and in line with the Unisinos system of remuneration. Unisinos actively seeks to increase the number of international professors among its faculty.

We encourage candidates to describe their experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives. The evaluation committee may ask candidates for supplementary information.
