Full-time Tenure-track Position in International Business

John Cabot University invites applications for an open-rank (assistant or associate) full-time tenure-track faculty position in International Business. The initial appointment is for two years with the possibility of tenure.

We seek candidates with a Ph.D. in Economics, Business or Management who are specialized in international business referring to the trade of goods, services, technology, capital and/or knowledge at a global or transnational level and have demonstrated excellence in teaching and research and a commitment to academic service.

The successful candidate is expected to teach three undergraduate level courses per semester and should have familiarity and experience with the American liberal arts tradition and be an active member of the community. Candidates are expected to be fluent in English, which is the language of instruction of the University.

  1. a cover letter addressing the candidate’s interest and fit for teaching at an American liberal arts college in Rome;
  2. a letter of interest describing their teaching interests and research agenda;
  3. curriculum vitae;
  4. two research papers; and
