Lecturer: £42,792 to £49,553 per annum

Associate Professor: £51,034 to £59,135 per annum

In the next phase of a growth strategy, the School is seeking to recruit an outstanding Lecturer, Associate Professor or Professor in the general field of Finance.  A record of internationally leading research output, commensurate with stage of career, is required, along with teaching experience.  A Professorial level post is available for an outstanding candidate with strong academic and research credentials.

The successful applicant will join the School’s Finance Group that aims to produce high-impact world-class research and scholarship. Group members are recognised internationally for their contribution to advancing finance theory and practice as reflected by their publications in leading journals and their funding success.  Group members also engage with the finance profession, including working closely with the Norwich Financial Industry Group (FIG), a public/private partnership that promotes and develops the banking, insurance and finance sectors in Norwich and Norfolk.

Applicants must have a PhD or equivalent qualification, or PhD or be near to completion with submission and award within one year of commencement and be able to satisfy all other essential criteria for the role.

This post is available from 2 March 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter on a full time indefinite basis.
