1/ About Montpelier Business School

Montpellier Business School (MBS) is a French Grande Ecole de Management founded in 1897 by the Montpellier Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  MBS has built its success on two pillars: firstly, academic quality and secondly a tireless commitment to its core values of ethics, openness and diversity, global responsibility and performance.

Today, more than ever, Montpellier Business School is distinguished by a set of powerful convictions:

  • The conviction that diversity in all its forms is both valuable and a force for good for society and for business organisations.  The lasting success of any company depending on the consideration of its economic, as well as societal and environmental performance,
  • Our belief in an open world, where all types of talent are able to express their own individual potential, regardless of their social, cultural or geographical origins, their gender or their sexual orientation,
  • Our belief that studying in such a diverse community further energises those who belong to it.  It is for this reason that MBS opens its doors to students from diverse backgrounds and from nearly 80 different countries,
  • Our conviction that the greatest challenge ahead for business organisations will be the sustainable, responsible and eco-responsible transformation of their strategies.  It is for this reason that CSR and sustainable development are at the very heart of our research activities and are taught across disciplines on all our programmes of study.

The objective of our distinctive approach is to be able to train future managers and entrepreneurs who are able to successfully manage the financial, social, societal and environmental performance of their companies.

In order to lead and develop our portfolio of programmes in line with these convictions, our strategic plan, the resources and the competitive environment of the School, we are seeking to employ a:
