Applications are invited from those with research and teaching interests in organisational psychology. Teaching will comprise core organisational psychology modules on the School’s undergraduate and Masters programmes, particularly the MSc Organisational/Business Psychology and subjects related to assessment and selection. In terms of research, the post holder will be expected to make a significant research contribution.

Applicants must be available for an immediate start (Early February 2021) hold a PhD or equivalent (or be close to completion), have demonstrable experience of high-quality teaching with the ability to carry out on-campus teaching, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
