In order to support this expansion and improve its operational performance, we are looking for a Professor (Assistant or Associate Professor) of "Digital Marketing". As a Faculty member, you will be one of the essential links in the implementation of the Tomorrowers’ Circular Economy strategy, by participating actively in the program tuition and by contributing to the research and scientific production of the School.

The ESC PAU BUSINESS SCHOOL is a member of the Conference of Grandes Ecoles and EPAS accredited.

Job Description

As a Professor of " Digital Marketing ", you will have a key role in achieving the School’s academic objectives, alongside your colleagues from the Faculty, you will make the success of our learners a daily objective.

This position places you in a strategic position to contribute significantly to the development of the School by implementing 4 main missions:

• RESEARCH MISSIONS: You will develop an individual and collaborative high-level scientific production strategy, recognized in particular by the publication of scientific articles in journals referenced by ABS, CNRS and FNEGE;
• PEDAGOGICAL MISSIONS: You will design and teach innovative lessons, fully coherent with the Tomorrowers’ pedagogy. Your lessons and modules will be based upon Digital Marketing. You will also be required to supervise specialisations;
• PASTORAL MISSIONS: You will participate in entrance exam selection and will accompany students for whom you are the personal tutor or the dissertation supervisor, in the carrying out and success of their missions/projects/dissertation;
• DEVELOPMENT MISSIONS: You will further aid the School’s sphere of influence by carrying out expert studies for the benefit of companies or organizations and by organizing and participating in scientific and professional events.

Profile

• You hold a Doctorate or a PhD;
• You have a proven ability to write for high quality academic publications, attested by scientific publications in journals referenced to a high standard by ABS, CNRS and FNEGE. A minimum of 5 publications (ABS, CNRS, FNEGE) over the last 3 years is required;
• You are able to teach in English;
• You are Circular Economy conscious and you take social and environmental issues into account in your courses and your research
